    High Rise Jeans

Not quite, but they are at my navel. I do now have a couple of trousers that sit above my navel.

    High Rise Jeans

I think it depends on how heavy you are and where your weight is. I used to be much heavier and higher rise trousers and jeans definitely sat higher on me than low rise jeans. For example: In this first photo you can see my belly pretty easily due to the lower rise chinos. In this next...

    Freewheelers Taildragger Size 38

Up for sale is my Freewheelers Taildragger size 38. I love this jacket, but it's too small for me in the chest now. It's in excellent condition. I've taken very good care of it. Measurements: Shoulders: 18" Chest: 21.5" Back length: 24" Sleeves: 24.5" This photo is from the last time I...

Vintage Outerwear: Threads of the Past

Yes we each have styles the other does not have. Although I see what you said about having a Hercules that is very similar in overall design and pattern to the brown one I just purchased

Thanks for the full wool jacket video @tmitchell59 . I didn't know you had so many red white and blue ones. Incredible collection! Can't believe you still have more! Can't wait to see them!

Vintage Outerwear: Threads of the Past

Sorry for the double post, but does anyone know what label this is and what brand its for? I know it's torn up, but I feel like I've seen that "all wool" label somewhere before.

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

That looks awesome. Fit looks amazing even if it is difficult to get on/off.

How do you store your leather jackets

Mine are in the closet on pool noodles as recommended to me by @jeo . Even my vintage wool jackets are on noodles.

Vintage Outerwear: Threads of the Past

I'd love to see all of them! This one is 26.5" and I think is a 40 or 42 so probably equivalent in length basically to your Hercules you measured. I'm curious to see how it fits on me. Part of the reason I'm leaning toward alteration is because I'm 95% sure the sleeves will be too long

Vintage Outerwear: Threads of the Past

Thanks for the video, Terry! I didn't know you had one that was 27"

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Thanks for the info! The replacement zipper seems nice. I'm only concerned about the length on me at this point

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Thanks! I really love maroon/burgundy so I could not pass this one up. I'm very excited! Unfortunately the zippers are both repros. The originals had to be replaced and the price was appropriate given that fact. He said he believes it's a late 30s or more likely early 40s Sears Hercules and you...

    Aero 18775-P

Definitely not short at all. If anything, for me it's ever so slightly long in the back, but honestly I like short jackets. It's a good fit on the jacket. Enjoy it!
