No; if the cost went from 900 to 600, that would be a 33% off discount. Going from 600 to 900 is a 50% increase. You take the percentage as a percentage of the starting value.
The Badalassi is an additional upcharge, and fairly steep at +120 GBP. It's great leather, can't go wrong with it. It's a matter of preference, but to me I don't think it's any better than CXLSH. They're different, but one isn't better than the other. And I love CXL Steer, and it's no...
600 to 900 is an increase of 50%. 300 is 50% of 600. I wonder what's going on over there that has driven costs up by that much. I've heard inflation has been worse around the world than it was in the US, so maybe that's it? It's very steep, especially after the 15% off sale. I'm more glad I...
Holly told me 100gbp up charge for the custom back, and the discount doesn't extend to customization or leather upgrades. So it'll probably work out to around 10% discount on the total price, and that's not too bad for an extensive, non-standard customization like that.
Woulda went for a Type...
The V7 is great, but it's been sold out in oxblood since about 2018. Oxblood being basically octagon dyed overly long, and they can't source octagon anymore since the tannery that made it burned down and no longer exists.
I know Aero draws a hard line at 1960 for what styles they are interested in producing
But as an 80s kid I always thought the added pockets made the jacket. They added practicality and the way they were constructed created two very useful inside pockets too, just very ingenious and practical...
I like this. Rough out leather beats suede for this style of jacket in my opinion. Waxing the outside is a good plan. If Aero would do handwarmers on their Type III, I would order this, with a natural ecru shearling lining.
These are both Type III truckers with hand warmer pockets, size Large. The darker one is J. Peterman, the yellower one is from US Cavalry. J Peterman is unlined suede, US Cavalry hsa a cloth lining, both are clean, and in good condition.
PM me if interested.
I recently got into PNW boots, Nicks and Frank's. They're my favorite boots by far, for comfort, durability, protection, and secure footing. They're expensive, but worth it, and they put all others to shame.
Wow, homerun. You really nailed it this time. It looks like it was made for you (lol, of course it does -- it was!) the contrasting panels do make quite a statement. I wonder how they will develop with age?
It's understandable that you'd be upset by a place claiming to be official, but not actually being who they represented themselves to be. But that does NOT mean that this guy is really Red Tornado, any more than the guy in your spam folder is really the prince of Nigeria. Companies have to...
I've had good experiences with Red Tornado products. Good quality, matching the description/photos, good value for the price..
I buy from DearyLeZing Store on Aliexpress, and have never had a problem.
A lot of the sellers on Ali are guilty of misrepresenting their product, and not keeping...
I'm glad you like it.
The pre-sales shenanigans turned a lot of people here off, myself included. But if you have it, you paid for it, and you're happy with it, enjoy it and don't worry about what people think.
I have some of their shirts and pants, and their measurement charts are pretty accurate. They are pretty good quality as well, for the items I've bought from them. XXL Seems to correspond to a 42 top, so I think 3 XL would be a 44 and XL would be a 40.
