    I've never seen a Silver Mist in person, but in photos it's usually more of a very light gray. I don't know for sure, but I imagine that like silverbelly, it picks up more tannish or grayish overtones depending upon the lighting.     Bolt, those were some great finds! I won a Dobbs boater that looked exactly like this one (except no ribbon) on eBay a couple of months ago for under $30. It never came in, though, apparently lost in the mail. The seller gave me a refund at least, but I really wanted that hat.

    That would be my advice. If they're not that dirty, you could probably clean them yourself by steaming and brushing. If they're heavily soiled or badly misshapen, have a pro do it.
