As a woman, I also open doors for others. Sometimes I even slow my step so I make sure I can hold the door. It's just nice. Romy, I feel you with the etiquette! I spend a lot of the time on the phone with strangers, and always ask 'how are you' after I introduce myself and say 'have a good day' before I hang up.
