    That was the same problem I had with my Aero Cafe Racer -- I had the standard collar and it was uncomfortable to wear buttoned -- painful in fact. I own a Fox Creek Grayson and a Schott 141 and the collars are more comfortable on those.

    I've never seen Kudu leather up close up but those jackets look fantastic. If you like the rugged worn-in vintage look, you can't go wrong. The hides look really abused by the animal's wild life in the bush, complete with bug bites, scratches and probably even the occasional lion claw mark.

    Yes, the buckles are not just for looks, they are actually meant to adjust the jacket's size, and it could make a big difference when wearing just a t-shirt or a sweater, so I'd really consider it before leaving them off.
