I don't have a hat rack or hat stand. So instead of having my hat rest flat on the brim, I simply turned the inner head band inside out and let the hat rest on head band. It preserves the snap in the brim and keeps the hat from flattening out, too. Any possible long term harm in doing that...
Did Borsalino make many wool felt hats in the '50's and '60's? A seller is advertising a vintage hat as a wool and I was wondering if that could be a mistake.
Does anyone know where I could purchase a nice hat rack similar to those used to display hats in a retail store? I am speaking of the type that could hold 10 or 12 (or more) hats. I would prefer a wooden one, but any type will be fine. The more hats that can be displayed, the better.

I recently got a Borsalino Como and an older Allesandra (I think). While the sizes both say 7 1/4 US, the fit is somewhat snug, almost like a 7 1/8. Is this attribute common to Borsalinos?
