    That sounds great. The double dredge is really what makes it I think. If you're feeling adventurous, certainly give this a try. I did not use malt vinegar, though now I can not recall if I used cider vinegar or white vinegar. Either way it was delicious.

    I baked a loaf of sourdough bread the other day. Here in just a few minutes the bread'll be sliced and served with salami, prosciutto, swiss cheese, some olive oil, balsamic, olives (black), and pepperoncini.

    Recently I made some plum pudding to haste. I served it with a pudding sauce (sherry, butter, and sugar). It has become a favorite snack around the house. My one year old son can put away nearly half as many as I can! Although, I don't share that delicious sauce with him just yet...
