    Not quite a beater... But this is my favorite everyday hat. It's an Adam Premier with a 2 1/2" brim. It just feels good when wearing it and is very versatile. This was taken at last years Christmas party. Cheers! Dan

    how do you shrink a hat

    I've accidently left one of my larger lids in the cab of my truck once and it had shrunk down to the perfect size. Not that I would recommend this method but it seemed to work for me. Stuffing gift wrap tissue under the sweat band does take up a little room while the hat is naturally shrinking...

    All is not lost.. I have an Adam Premier that is supposed to be a 7 1/4 it fit more like a 7 1/8 but I managed to stretch it up to a 7 3/8 without any distortion of the crown or snap brim. It has to be my favorite every day hat. Go slow and it should be fine. Cheers! Dan
