I found these Woman's Section inserts from the Boston Sunday Post at a yard sale today. There are about 6 from 1918 and 8 from 1919. They are really great: menus, grocery lists, recipes, crafts for kids, kids fashions, updates on WWI w/photos, etc etc.
Emilio Franco - Repro's? & DMs
I found these at the thrift store today, too awesome and inexpensive to not buy! I have no idea what to do with them, so I'll likely put them up on ebay.
He was great. This season has the potential to be awesome.
I'm so happy that the show is using such fantastic guests in the (other) villain roles: Jimmy Smits (yummy!) last season, John Lithgow this season.
Don Draper is living out Dick Whitman's fantasies; Don is able to have the life that Dick could only dream of. That gives him the freedom to experience anything that comes along, to be a dilletante if you will. I don't think Don is necessarily open-minded as much as there is no there there...
Yes, Anthropolgie has sizing issues. I would classify them as vintage inspired, particularly fabric pattern choice (but not quality, they use cheap fabrics) but the cuts are generally very trendy targeting 20-somethings age group. For example their full skirts are indeed full, but they are far...
I went into it with no expectations, because I stumbled upon it on Netflix stream (I thought is was only on dvd in my queue). I was surprised at how sad YSL's trajectory was, creatively-speaking. I think his potential suffered due to not having a mentor (for as long as) like his peers.

But sometimes it depends. Some citizens simply "want" to get things cheap, in order to amass more and more and more, others simply "need" to get things cheap, because on the whole middle and working class wages in the US have statistically stagnated since the 1970's, even including the rise of...
Hello all,
May I join please? I am a paralegal, re-entering the practicing world after just being laid off from the soul-killing investment world (yeah!!!).
Before I went over to the very dark side, I worked in legal services, primarily elder and mental health issues, and various...
I ordered two samples and LOVE them. I have Soledad and 101. They are not overpowering, very well balanced and exactly as described (I find that some scents smell different to me than the description). Also, the scent lasted and did not disintegrate into an alcohol smell at the end...
It's been said before, but Betty is getting more and more unlikable. She's a seething vat of resentment and anger.
But that's ok "everything's fine."
I can't wait to find out how Joan comes back.
