Yeah - late 50s or early 60s would work for me. Ive not really cared too much for the franchise since Connery left it - although Craig has a greater appeal than most. Personally I'm not happy unless there's some muscle soreness the next day - just as long as it's not a pull or a joint pain. As for reps you really dont want to go that high. It's all about building muscle - toning is just another word for the same thing. Generally speaking, I wouldn't go...- djd

You can make a surprising amount of progress quite quickly. In fact, the first six weeks generally sees the greatest results if you're starting from an untrained state. Do remember though with exercise 'no pain- no gain' really is true. Unless you really push yourself your results will tend to...- djd

I met her at a Firefly convention in London a few years back. Very nice she was too! Anyhow, all this talk of fitness has inspired me to get back in the gym after nearly a year off. Put about 5lbs back on in the last week :)- djd

Uk digital radio & tv query
The radio is ok in ours but a number if the tv channels drop out regularly. I'm not convinced that the system is better than the old analogue unless you live in an area of fantastic signal strength .... :(- djd

I have one with this liner made last year. I think Steve uses liners more or less at random depending on what comes to hand! Steve usually dates and signs them inside the sweatband -
