I am about to purchase my first real fedora and want it to come out right. I think I've narrowed it down to a Akubra Campdraft in 7 5/8 but the color choice is still tough. I think I might like the "mid brown" but all I can find in stock is the "tawny" color and I don't really want to wait 3... -

Changing hat bands?
Just getting into the hat hobby and wondering if you can easily change a hat band, say from a wide ribbon to a narrow one or leather to narrow ribbon? If so, do you need to have the new one stitched on or glued? Do you just pick the color ribbon you want from the fabric dept or can you order... -
