Here's my Vintage Overcoat:
Label reads 'Heinos'. It's German (correct?) When I purchased this It had no buttons so I added vintage leathers. Tailored a tad but other than that a good fit for me.

My suggestion/opinion would be to keep it at that length, if not grow out the bangs longer. The sides look about a decent length as well. I style my hair more 30's through (Very) Early 50's and the length you have, I say, is sufficient enough for a vintage styled haircut.

Yes, I actually dabbled with filters on Photoshop to get that 'vintage' tint you gents are talking about. Requires alot of adjusting of the lighting as well and, obviously, the tint varies when in less well-lit shots. Still trying to master the technique but...
