That is an great suit- style and fabric wise. I was watching it till the very end, I was going to bid, but it quickly went from 250 to 480 in the last 5 seconds and my tops was 320 so, somebody wanted it more than me I suppose lol.

I go out to the Cape every summer, I've been to Four Seas, its good, always crowded though. There's a ton of other places just as good, my favorite is Smitty's in Falmouth.
It doesn't look much like the painting. It of course probably changed significantly over the period of a few decades until it closed(if it is indeed the same station). Google pictures aren't great either.
It seems long gone, but hey, If they do get it done, its another piece of history saved...
It's true. I bought a NOS white pre-1946 Mallory 12.50. t took me a while to decide on what to do with it. I wanted to just put it on a shelf it was so perfect!
