Oh I'm sorry. Its about a jewish family during 1930s that moves to Africa to escape Europe and the madness.

In my opinion Scorsese is probably one of the greatest American directors and even his not as good films (he doesn't make bad films) are better than most directors best films. High on my to see list .

Just saw the film tonight and I do agree that it should have been edited a bit. Its OK. Great nah but worth seeing. The look of the film was great. Loved the 50s cars.
