    That's the beauty of the BCF hats, they tend to have ALOT of brim to begin with. (remember that Hoss hat I showed here a while back!) Which makes them ripe for reblock no matter what size they are!

    And keep in mind that the dimensional cut is not that huge of a difference. In most cases, it's only about and 1/8." You wouldn't think it'd make that much difference in the profile of the hat, but it actually does. The real trick is getting the transition correct so it looks right.
