I saw that on the front page of the Globe this morning...
My first thought: why are the criminals always wearing black hats?
As if it isn't tough enough today wearing one and getting weird looks!
From what I've been reading, they are using quite alot of Brando that was cut from the original. I guess they really want their moneys worth out of him.
The trailer definately has a few bits from him.
I'm actually starting to get excited about this film. It took so long to get made...
I would like to think people are above that, but theres always one in the crowd.
I would also hope that members here take the opportunity to share some of their pics on the site.
A lot of COW people aren't members here and it would show them what we are all about.

Well, maybe we should think about coming up with a better name for it.
The web address is set for a few years, but we can call the event and gallery anything we want.
Suggestions?
QMSummit.com
For those who may not know, a couple of us were discussing putting a website together just to contain photoablums of events like the QMSummit.
One of the Indygearers, farnham54 donated the space, registered the name, and I have installed photo album software.
If anyone...
OOOoooo, you're mean!
And MK is right. We are all actually very good friends.
And for Fedoralover, where is that Michaelson torch image when you need it!
No, we just don't like lurkers. Why join a message board if you're not going to
participate? [huh]
Lurkers ae still part of the database, making it bigger, and causing more draw
on the server.
Besides, we usually give fair warning when we do a prune of members.
Not really. COW generates alot of traffic and thus its database grows very large. when one has to move and manage it, it becomes a real bear.
We simply prune out the inactive users: people who've never posted,
(lurkers, I hate lurkers!) people who haven't logged-in, for say, in over a year...
It's funny you bring this up. This weekend, on a whim, I stopped by the
local Kappa Delta Fi (or whatever they call themselves) Swap Shop
and found a Brooks Bros just like this one, sans the peaked lapels.
4 Pocket vest. About the same color, maybe not so saturated.
I have no idea the...
Chad, do you know the name of the shop in Boston the guy was referring to?
We have a place here called Bobbys of Boston (or something like that) that handles vintage stuff and does stuff for Hollywood (apparently) but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

Hatsdirect does still have the regular Federation in both black and Carbon gray (according to the website.)
I have a deluxe in the carbon gray (no longer available, and sorry, no good pics) and I'd have to say that black is a tough color to dress with.
I find that it doesn't really go well...
Hey, thats funny.. pm Michaelson... (Psst, the forum is down, no one ain't pm'in no one pal!)
One of the database tables apparently needs some repair. We're in the process of fixing it.
And PLEASE stop bugging the old man about this... He's got his shot gun aimed at the computer screen as...
Unfortunately, I've only seen it twice now, but I am definately impressed.
This is the best telling of Batman story so far.
And while I was a fan of Michael Keatons Batman/Bruce Wayne,
Bale nailed both characters 100%.
