Good Harrington or Barracuda Jacket..
I've also got one of the Royale Filmwear "Harringtons" and love it. I really like that it doesn't have Raglan sleeves or the elastic waist, highly recommended.- ProteinNerd

Adding another Pit to Pit measurement to clarify a question for a member. It's probably more like 22.75. You could hit 23 depending how tight you pull when you measure but the way I usually measure, I'd say 22.75- ProteinNerd
