    Looking for a good... umbrella..?

Honestly, it sounds like a gimmick but this umbrella is awesome, even as just an umbrella. I've had mine for over 10 years and its still like new... https://unbreakableumbrella.com/unbreakable-walking-stick-umbrella-standard/

Skip the first few minutes about the dodo bird and there is an interesting story from Adam Savage of Mythbusters fame about his quest for the Falcon. https://www.ted.com/talks/adam_savage_my_obsession_with_objects_and_the_stories_they_tell#t-914201

Does it make sense to have leather jacket sized altered rather then sell and reorder.

I've tried a few times to have some custom alterations (but nothing as big a job as resizing the shoulders) and I ended up selling both as the end result wasn't really what I was after. I'm going agains the grain her but in my experience it isn't worth it.

    Aero Premier HWM Fit Feedback

Looks great. I cant really see anything that would to be tweaked in a future order. As a few of the guys have mentioned, these jackets do mould over time so the fit will just get more and more comfortable.

New! ELMC Jacket Highway Star®️ Horsehide

I agree with @Carlos840 , although I'd add that the 3-4 shinki jackets I've owned have all been slightly stiffer than the ELMC jackets that I own as well, all of my ELMC jackets have a softer hand, if that's the term. The other difference is my The Flat Head jacket and from memory my DD J100...

New! ELMC Jacket Highway Star®️ Horsehide

No offence to anyone but at some point you need to be able to just decide "I really like the jacket even if the obsessive compulsives don't think its a perfect fit" and wear the jackets you like...the fit is fine, the 42 isn't perfect but it doesn't look "bad" or the wrong size.

    Schott permanently closes Chicago location

I'm pretty sure that was me referencing the "old guy" earlier. I think you've read too much into it @AbbaDatDeHat. It wasn't an insult, I was merely saying that around here, in Sydney, most of the guys I see wearing leather jackets are "older" guys (myself included at 47). Unless they are on a...

    Schott permanently closes Chicago location

Same for me here @Seb Lucas. None of my friends or acquaintances (except for a few of the younger girls at work) wear a leather jacket ...ever! Now we have hit the cooler weather, I'm reminded yet again that the only men in Sydney that seem to wear leather here are middle age and older, out of...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Thanks guys, it's a size 38 Black Vicenza with grey alpaca wool lining. It is pretty roomy for a 38, fits much more like a 40 or even 42 in most other jackets I have. I'll jump on the scales tomorrow for you @Seb Lucas and let you know how much it weighs.
