Show us your mall fit A-2 or flight jackets.

I used to have a good ol' mall fit A-2 in the late 90s. One that I won at a computer convention. Yes I coveted wearing it but over time I learned better what looked good on me and what good fit was. I recently saw this online and it reminded me of that old jacket. Amazingly big armholes...

I'm very into the chestnut, and may go for a seal in the future... but that money may head to an A-1 instead.

    Proper relaxed A2 fit

Historically, I think the A-2 became a jacket with a preferred looser fit as it was worn as a top layer over scarves and vests due to high altitude flights in the cold. The earlier A-2 jackets The A-1 and the A-2 were originally worn as wind breakers in open cockpit planes and when the wind...

One thing I will add it that it's not vat dyed, so it will scratch up nicely over time. And I'm looking forward to that.

I used no flash in my shots, the one I have is Chestnut in color. When it comes to detailing, I think it's very comparable to what you see from most other companies working to put out a mil-spec a2 of the time. It's not a copy of any particular company. It has all the right details. I'd say...

    Courage to Wear a Fedora

Back in the early days of the Lounge, Fedoras were very rare to be seen on any head around town. The world has changed. Even in the media… there are more shows on TV today that showcase leeds wearing hats than there have been in the last 30 years. Wear your hats in good health!

    Felt hats in summer..

Straws the word… but if it's a good light felt and with vents, then it often feels better than sun beating down on your scalp.
