Recommendations for longer styles

I'm hoping to get some recommendations for quality leather jackets/coats that go past the hips but above the knee (would this be called half length?) as I like the longer styles. I'm not very familiar with makes and models at the moment, I've spent some time going through the website looking for ideas, but the majority seem to be the shorter biker style jackets.

Any pointers of either individual jackets to look out for or makers that are known to make models like that would be highly appreciated, at the moment I'm just scrolling through thousands of "leather jackets" and praying something pops up.

I just got a 1999 Schott 740N but found it far too boxy so my already blocky upper body looked comical. I'd be looking at a budget of £400/550$. I have a 48 inch chest which seems to limit my vintage options considerably but I have no issue waiting and searching.

Apologies if this isn't the place to do so I'm not trying to ignore any rules, please let me know if I'm not following proper etiquette. I'm very unfamiliar with forums/posts/threads whatever you call this.

There are still two floating around of the following Rich-Sher coat style for around $200s-300s. Other vintage brands also made similar models.

If you don’t mind suede, LA Sportogs made the best-looking suede coats. A lot are still around for cheap. You should look through the linked LA Sportogs thread for style inspiration.

Also, if you haven’t seen it, I suggest browsing the following linked thread for style inspiration, outside of leather coats. The 1930s and 1940s were when coats were the rage. They knew what they were doing—extremely well at that in fact.
