The cut, fit, and style of the jacket trump the leather in many cases. I have had many different leathers. Shinki, Horween, Thedi Horsehide, etc. My favorite is steerhide from the 60s. Lots of character and not too heavy. Had it on my old Schott, a Hercules, Fidelity, and now my beloved Kehoe.
Yeah, but it is sooo cool now! (except for the excess chest room)
Just wait until it's altered and the pockets added.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Every time I see this jacket I get a strong urge to buy it.
Do it brother!!!!!! Give in to the urge to unleash your inner Frank Poncherello!!!! That jacket ain't messin' around!!! Looks to be in great shape. No patches or badge pin holes. You KNOW Johnson makes a hell of a jacket!! (As I play the role of the devil on your shoulder tempting and goading you Lol)....

Got my eyes peeled for another quality fringe jacket that needs some attention

Why do I want to buy this, a stetson Skyline and walk around? A month ago I wore only streetwear :/
