It isn't. But I love it as it is. Folded over it's not making the jacket any warmer really but makes my fairly long neck look shorter which I like and when folded up (we had snowflakes coming down this morning, wtf April), it's very cozy around the neck and having tried it out for the first time today, the jacket looks surprisingly nice fully zipped up and the collar standing up, will post picture later. Always thought this style was only wearable as on pictures, with lapels and collar down, but no, not at all.

I dig it! Everything about it. I def agree the collar up feels wonderful and looks great! More pics would be nice.
