That’s a good point. Just curious, is a Stagecoach a better hat generally than a 3x?

I’m curious about how he answers this too.

No one knows. The 80's 3x looks to have a better finish. I would put the Stagecoach hats a lil' lower than the 3x beaver Resistols, but still both are nice.

Thank you. I have had a few Stagecoaches but only recently was given an older beat-up Resistol 4x, so I have no real basis for comparison. I appreciate your reply!

Busy day for hats. Cleaned one earlier today that had been sitting around for several weeks, and then won this one this evening. Knox Fifteen derby (sellers pics). Had to help the seller verify the size before pulling the trigger.

I just love it when I ask for measurements and they measure from the outside of the brim across to the outside of the other side of the brim. What the hell? It does make me laugh though.

I've had Astor Fedora on my eBay list for several months. First hit. I really like the teal color. It will be my first teal hat. The liner is cool, too.
I hope Ignacio can do something with the brim binding discoloration. If not, I might just ask him to take it off.
