Good morning, ALL, and Happy National Pudding Day to everyone celebrating here in the USA, or wherever you'd like to celebrate such an important day...

For National Pudding Day, a CHOCOLATE Borsalino (since my cocoa-brown colored Panama Bob straw is at our cabin, and I am not).

Scrumptious, Charlie.

Just back from a big mall in Guayaquil. Groceries for a week: Gatorade, water, and plantain chips. Lol.

Small kiosk had bunches of straw hats from $50 to $800. I tried on a $200 Montecristi that was lighter than a feather. Very fine straw, but with a touch looser brisa weave. If we weren't headed to Cuenca soon, I would have bought that hat.

The $800 hat was woven so tight you couldn't see light through it. They have a showroom in town I'm dying to visit and look for semi-colados.

I didn't have my phone with me so no pics yet. I won't forget again.

Dammmmmm but that brisa MC was fine!

nice look for a guy living in the streets of CT.
... I'd throw you a roll of nickels

I think someone threw a roll of dimes at me once , still in their fist with a big class ring on , and it cut me under the eye . I guess that was the change . Be careful throwing the roll of nickels . Nice Hat Bob , and your's too moon .

Why wait till you're in Cuenca? Would there be a noticeable price differential?
