Zipper repair of the thread behind the male insertion pin

Not a tear, but I'm afraid I have bent more than one part of the zipper track on my Real McCoy's J-24, a result of trying to close a jacket I am now too large to close.

Am I, too, in the unfortunate realm of zipper replacement, or is there a means of repairing and keeping the original zipper here?

Hi everyone,

Another zipper problem on an RMC J24.

The stopper is getting loose and it makes the jacket very difficult to zip up.

Does anyone have a solution for this kind of problem?
