No particular person of public interest or so, just some British working class guys i knew.
When i used to work on shipyards as a kid there were always some British and Scottish welders around and these, though significantly older than me, were by far the coolest and toughest guys around.
Always in Martens boots, black or red, Jeans, shirt and a leather jacket or Harrington and that was it…giving a sh.t on conventions…just great fellows who worked hard, drank hard, slapped hard.
I still often dress a similar way today.
