September 28th 1953 - Do I share a birthdate with anyone famous ? I have no idea but if anyone wants to enlighten me then do please go ahead

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PADDY !!! And many more.

You can look it up on Wikipedia. I did, and turns out 11th Sept is also the birthday of D.H Lawrence and snooker player Matthew Stevens. I think George Gershwins birthday was September 28th.... or was it 26th?

October 10, 1982. Thelonius Monk and Ed Wood share my birthday, and Orson Welles died on my birthday in 1985. My birthday was always celebrated in my school days by giving the closest Monday to it off. Oh, wait, that might have been because of Columbus day, but whatever.

July 20, 1984. The year of the Rat, specifically, the Wood Rat. Born on the anniversary of the Moon Landing, and I share my birthday with Diana Rigg and Natalie Wood.

There are worse people to look up to :)

Sunday July 3rd 1988.

On the anniversary of:
1880 - "Science" began publication. Thomas Edison had provided the principle funding.
1890 - Idaho became the 43rd state to join the United States of America.
1922 - "Fruit Garden and Home" magazine was introduced. It was later renamed "Better Homes and Gardens."
1924 - Clarence Birdseye founded the General Seafood Corp.
1954 - Food rationing ended in Great Britain almost nine years after the end of World War II.

Yes, I only out up the nice things :)

And I was born the same day as:
Franz Kafka 1883
Fontella Bass 1940
Vince Clarke (Erasure, Depeche Mode) 1960
Among others. Tom Cruise :rage:

Do I get gifts off you all on my birthday now?
