I thought this would be a very useful thread. I'm thinking along the lines of vintage filmstar kind of beauty tips rather than actual product recommendations.
I'll start off with a few tips I can think of ...
* For an extra-alluring cleavage, moisten a small cotton ball with you favourite perfume and place it inside your bra. (I actually read this in Helen Gurley Browns 'Sex and the Single Girl', 1961. Helen recommends 'Ma Griffe' )
* When you're feeling worn-out and sallow-skinned, take a short nap with your legs placed vertically up against a wall. This will bring blood to your head and improve your complexion.
* Household tip for vegetarians: Use Marmite to spice up food. A teaspoon of Marmite in vegetable casseroles, bean loafs, pat?©s etc. adds that 'umami' taste that's hard to achieve in vegetable dishes.
I'm looking forward to reading your tips!
