I have worn sunscreen daily for the last 10 years & look 15 years younger, or so everyone says. Being born to good genes also helps, but sunscreen is a miracle drug.
Always carry a floppy sun hat, and/or umbrella, in your car in case you will have to be in the sun.
Sugar or salt makes a great body scrub when mixed with baby oil, or cheapie lotions.
Drink a lot of water, and stay away from coffee & cigarettes.
Use body wash or soap rather than shave cream when you shave your legs, you can tell where the blade ends and the skin begins. I always get knicks when I use shave cream.
Laugh, a lot, your skin will look fresher & healthier, and don't worry about getting lines--you'll get them from frowning/sleeping on your side/face anyway.
