Heavy on the protein tonight to make up for the last few days: piece of chik'n parm; "steak and eggs" (veggie burger patty + 2 fried eggs); 2 wild blueberry cheesecake popsicles (sugar-free, of course). I wanted salad also, but it needs to be prepped. That'll happen tomorrow.

There's a restaurant here that pulls the meat off the bone and shreds it, dark and white all together, for sandwiches. They have spoiled me to the whole bbq chicken eating process.
