I am back on solid food. I kept it simple tonight, a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich . Swiss, cheddar, and provalone with ramano shaved on top.

Tomorrow I will smoke a pork butt for 10 hours.

Bacon sandwich. Now we are talking.

I cooked steaks on a slate in the grill. Rather nice!

Fajitas tonight, beef ribs and fried pork chops (or chicken) tomorrow night.
The ribs I smoked for an hour over pecan wood, then in the oven for an hour.

I had swordfish, Parmesan potatoes and grain free biscuits.

Fried Pork Chops, "mock" mashed potatoes, gravy, and beef ribs.
All low carb.
No I'm serious, I used soy flour to fry with and the potatoes were actually cauliflower ground up with garlic, butter, and cream.
