I allow myself to have toast on Sat and Sun.
During the week it's low carb bread, much lower than the other one.
Other than that, I've gone back to cutting out carbs.
I haven't gained but I haven't lost weight.
Every so often I might make pancakes with syrup.
I do have one recipe that uses whey protein powder, I might look into that.

Pants are also looser, so I'm making progress there.
Plus carbs slow me down, and I don't need that.
