They keep telling me we're getting a cold front here that started yesterday but with a high of 83 today I'm having trouble believing them. Your post gives me hope! I'm so ready for steady fall temps.

Were supposed to be dropping into 40s at night soon....can't wait for felt and jacket weather

Good news!

Yeah, it was nice to get back into my happy place over the long weekend. It’s been way too long.

First time making ribs with a coffee rub. It won’t be the last.

Etsuko wanted some sweet, sticky ones, too.

I must have a thing for these pre-war black longhair dress hats because I have a bunch. This one is a lovely luxurious felt made for Le BHV (Bazar de l'Hôtel de Ville) founded in 1856 and still in operation today though it just recently entered bankruptcy protection. Here's hopes that it survives and continues...
