Old Royal Stetson Pork Pie with back bow.

Love it! I have a couple of back-bow hats that got no bids on eBay this first go-round. Maybe I should crease them as Pork Pies and try again.

Really diggin this old dark blue Marathon. Dark hats like this tend to feel very formal to me… this one with its super soft easily shaped and hand curled brim is such any easy wearing hat I don’t mind throwing it on with shorts and a t-shirt. So it’s become part of my grab and go stack.

I stopped for a few days to complete the commemoration of Donatella, Monica's mother

She escaped the concentration camps when she was a child, but not at the age and flaws of life many years later

This is a hat she loved very much.

Flechet arrived unfinished, without some elements, the sweatband in the first place.

Finished with great care by Fleur of Penumbra Hats - Netherlands.
The hat has a slightly heathered felt tending to dark gray, very soft and malleable, finished with a short fur

One of the projects that must be finished, despite everything.

This morning I started escapades early under the brim of a Royal Stetson. The designation of Royal is not always a measure of quality. This overwelt is top notch in felt and ribbon treatment.

Home for a cup of coffee found me staying the course with a similar felt hue. This time a Stetson Royal DeLuxe Viscount.

Out for a car wash and an errand to the bakery in my recent addition the Dobbs Leisure Light. This is truly a fantastic 30's black hat.
