I will opine about it some time in the future in the OR thread! I have a few things of interest to post there..... And the felt and ribbon color are a good match to the first photo of the whole hat......(at least on my screen).
OH, and YES......I am wearing it today!

Dog soiree and some mulching very early before the heat of the day.

A pine hued Stetson Stratoliner was my hat choice for the tasks.

Sunbody for a walk in the high humidity morning sun.

Sunbody needs to dry out. I rinsed the sweat under the hose and have the hat drying in the shade. A Pilgrim straw hat is my choice for a dry sweat and fixing breakfast.

A successful escape from Casa 'Rona today. Began the food shopping for our 4th of July ACT BBQ. Finding ingredients for Patty's signature Calico Beans! Dressed up for Safeway on a Sunday. Just cool enough for a felt hat, this one is a Stetson Royal Deluxe from c.1957. Hat is old as I am, a true antique... The tie bar is an homage to my dad. A steam engine from the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie railroad, the line he worked on during WWII.

Finished out my Stetson week in with an old standard... Stetson Standard Quality that is. This hat is such a pleasure. Incredibly soft felt.

My son wanted to upgrade his computer and decided he wanted to go ahead and do a full build. It was a fun project for us today. My first time doing an entire PC build from the frame up. Seemed a bit daunting task at first but we pulled it off. He is very happy with it... which makes me happy with it.

Earlier in the day went another round in the Whippet.

This concludes my Stetson week... now back to some fun mixing it up a bit.

Thanks. It is one of the lightest felts I have. The sweat was toast, but Mike Miller fixed that. Great spring/fall hat.
