Come on, you know you have one! We all do! Probably not the best felt, the brim might be wonky, may be too heavy, a few stains or moth bites, but who cares! Somewhere in your stack you have a hat that is just plain fun!!!

My hat today is my fun hat. A Beaver Brand OR clone in Adobe. Medium-stiff felt, not very pliable, smooth but not the greatest hand, and boy is it fun to wear! Looks great, fits great, and I don't have to baby it too much. I wear this hat around the house while I try to decide what other hat to wear on any given day. And for days out shopping or picking up parts for the car, truck, or bike, this is the one. Rainy weather, no problem, just plop it on my head and move on!

Aww! Okay, fine. In that case, I get George’s wife then!
I’ve had a thing for Miss Zeta Jones ever since the Zoro flick. Wait. She’s Michael’s wife.
Oh well. I’ll just help Fruno drive the durn garbage truck.

I really meant ribbon Sensei, Randall. The Coronet was very cool.
(I had to edit. Autocorrect called it a coroner)

Oh. Well, had the comment said ribbon sensei, I may not have taken it the way it sounded.
Then, Thanks for the compliment.
Should’ve called it the coroner, anyway, Rehat. Thought I might be seen by one before finishing the thing!

Great Gannon Rodolfo.

Very Greek name for a watch... Is that a sandwich dial? Does it wear an ETA clone movement or?

Sandwich dial indeed, ETA 7001,manual, strange choice for a divers watch.

Greek name, design and inspiration.

Greek sponge divers and the Antikythera mechanism.

Lovely! Stupid question: do these consist of two felt pieces sewed together ?

Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

No, I use to think it was double-dipped (you can see the light grays sandwiched in between the dark when you look at the brim edge). However, Jared (@jLee) dug up an explanation of the process and poste dit. I keep forgetting to copy/paste it and save it somewhere.
