Love that one, Max. Definitely one to be worn on the links. Super ribbon treatment. Great shirt combo match, too. Remember to lock that one up in one of your safes [emoji6]

Beginning the trek to Wenatchee WA this morning to attend a memorial service for Patty's Grandpa, Jim Merlin. He passed on December 26th at the age of 102. It will be a true celebration of his life. Snow in Portland and the Columbia Gorge, but should not be too bad. I'll honor Grandpa with my navy blue longhair custom from NW Hats in Eugene, and will take along a 1950s Knox Premier Stratoliner clone (the Knox-o-Liner!) fedora for daily wear around town. I'll try to post some snow pictures, it will be bitterly cold in northern Washington.

Sorry for your loss, Red. Have a safe journey to the north country.

Day after International Hat Day is equally special.

All great hats. I'm drawn to the color of the first one. Lovely.

Knox Superfine to kick the weekend off with. Have a good one fellow Loungers.

So fine, Steve.

Looking good as always Michael, what a great hat! Stay warm brother.
Thanks. I'm trying to stay warm, but it looks like we are heading to the first stretch of real cold for the winter.

Stay warm, Michael. Love the hat, but oh my, what a fantastic coat!

Thanks Steve. Shoveling snow is usually pretty warm work. Ha ha.

Very nice Michael. The hat is great, but the coat stole the show my friend [emoji106][emoji106][emoji275]

Thanks Hector. Great Mirtillo hat you have out today. My only example of the color is closer to midnight blue than navy, I think.

With a coat like that I'd stay outside all day! Killer! The hat is nice too btw.
Thanks Stefan. It's the second of my early 50s storm coats. They are among my favorite coat designs.

It really says something about the coat when it can take the focus off a great San Antonio! Great all the way around, Michael!

Thanks Brent. I'm pretty happy with the San Antonio. You've been blowing it out of the water lately. So many great hats.

Looks perfect Michael

Best,
Joe

Thanks Panos. The coat is one of my favorites for sure. And the hat is moving up the ladder. It's a really nice felt. That homburg you had out yesterday is fantastic. What a great color combo.

Thanks all,
Michael
