Hope you are ok Pellie.Haha, thanks B. ;-)
Forgive my jest. I just can’t resist medical humor. Occupational hazard from a previous life.
Get well.
Bowen

Whoa that's sweet Bowen, I'm green with envy ...View attachment 196329 View attachment 196331 View attachment 196332 View attachment 196334 View attachment 196336 Greetings All:
Today....a fellow lounger was inquiring about Alley Kat Hats by Tim M. so i’m sporting this green one.
This is a Tim hat circa 2013 when he was still known as CRM, Cane Rod Maker Hats, prior to becoming Alley Kat Hats.
It is CRM #28 from 6 years ago and is a beautifully hand built/finished hat that is very impressive work imho.
Thanks Tim, we need more of your work.
Be well. Bowen
Classic look. Excellent.

Good to see you back Mike. Hope your recovery is speedy and that back to your former self real soon. That Strat clone looks the business, Esther made me one much the same. Now that three pointed star on the grille, under the hat, I'm sure that you could do better than that:

Thank you Steve. It's super soft and comfy. [emoji106]Great looking Alpine style Borsalino from the Italian side of the Alps, Joe.

Beautiful fedoras. The second of my trio of hats via Stefan. A Tonak Antelope from 1962. Although not as fine and velvety soft as my Oberländer Antelope it is still one well made velvet hat from the heyday of post WWII Tonak hat production.

Decided on a formal Austrian Homburg for my trip to Costco this morning (had to dress up, I wasn't going to Walmart or anything...), venturing out in our first real rain for weeks. This deep forest green Hut Schick dress felt gets a 1920s style pinch, after all, we are going into the second Roaring Twenties in just a few weeks! This hat is from the "onion skin" liner era, so probably very early 50s at the newest.

Better a Physiotherapist than a Psychotherapist, i always say. At least you know when you’re done with one.
Oops, my daughter is a Psychiatrist!
Good hat P.

Yes, even. Just like any hat, gotta wear it like you own it. Attitude attitude attitude. Just not with short pants and cowboy boots.... kinda ruins the look.
Looking chique in that Schick Hut, Mike. Good to see you back. Another beauty in your collection, Alan. How does the liner look if it has one or not?
They're a newer hat maker. Less than 10 years old I think. London has a lot of hat makers in it. Christy's, Lock & Co, Bates, and Laird(the new kids on the block). That’s a brand I haven’t heard of. I do like me a nice green hat, and you wear this one well.
