Modern GB Borsalino made for the US market. Size is 7 1/2

Color of the medium weight felt is "Dattero" and the type of the hat is "San Remo". Finishes are of high end

The brim were finished with the "feltrato" system and there is a wind cord. No traces of the shop

It arrived new some years ago in a lot of Borsalino of various size.

My first post in the WHAYWT thread. Spent most of the day in or around the pool. The high was 90F so we are still in straw hat territory here.
I don't know anything about this boater, there is glue residue on the top inside the hat from where a liner may have once been, the leather sweat band is unmarked. It had a veritable red and white striped ribbon I was not a fan of so I replaced it.

When I was done with the bourbon I changed into a modern taco brim straw cowboy hat for a dip in the pool to prevent the boater from getting soaked. Pictures of that hat don't need to be on this forum.
