Today for Saturday recharge it’s Bangkor straw “waterproofed”. To bad it wasn’t sweatband proofed! Nice weave pattern me thinks. Still a dandy grass hat.

...Walked over to Penners (favorite new place) and found a great deal on this Stetson Milan...

Wonderful patterns created by the weaves on both hats. I'd happily own and wear either (or both) of 'em.

Almost bought that same hat, just did not have my size. Actually the solid tan Stetson milan MX I did get is a full size smaller than what I normally wear. The sizes seemed to run funny in this model.

Watching Mexico vs Germany in the World Cup. There is a great difference in the quality of play between the German and Mexican teams. There is real danger every time Germany attacks. Mexico just fizzles.

I don't know why I even watch these things. I get really nervous. I am using my Optimo Silverbelly as a security blanket.

I noticed this too when trying them on in Chicago at a hat store. The one I bought is in my size and fits perfectly, but others marked my size did not.
