Under the category of "If you've got a holiday, I'll celebrate," I wish the world a joyous PURIM, the Jewish Mardi Gras!! (No beads necessary!) It was yesterday.

Wearing "Old English Hatters of Monte Carlo" of an undetermined age (manufacturing techniques remained the same for several decades, so guesses have ranged from the 1930s to the early 1960s). Open crown to start, but I installed a dent and some gentle pinches later. I may even snap down the brim!

And it has a BB!

Joyous holiday to you Charlie. That is one impressive hat! That back bow sends it to a whole new level!

Beautiful Scotty. Pecan?

Borsalino

Wonderful tall, showy crown on that Borso David. Class act.

Stetson 3X for the weekly shopping today.

Looks like it could get back to sunny, at least for awhile.

Have a good one,

Creamy! That pin looks old, did they come with these? Great look for a trip into the un-hatted hoards.

Thanks Charlie.

Indeed. I'm glad that you are dissatisfied with the resolution of the dispute. I know that's what I always aim for with my services.

Now... I'm not your lawyer, but if I were, I'd recommend a nice tall Spite Fence. Add that to the stumbling around and shouting and you've got yourself some great American suburban perfection. Dude... Don't insult me. Just what kind of person do you think I am?!?!?

I'm a Mad Dog 20/20 man, through and through! Ain't nothin' like kickin' back with a nice cold measure o' the Doctor in the Waterford.

Mmmm.... Mmmm... GREAT!!! My favorite of all of your hats. Just so neat...

Thanks, Matt.

Round these parts, we went through a lot of Boone's Farm, too. But don't discount Ripple Red if you're looking for something to go with that gourmet morsel you fished out of the dumpster behind Burger King.

Although I suppose MD is more appropriate for Purim.

Thick ribbon Thursday under a Knox Madison Avenue.

Hope that you each have a happy day.

Love that Knox Matt. The ribbon is the berries for sure. The bow is so showy!

Jaxonbilt 10x this morning.
Very cool Bob!

So I asked myself this morning, "Self, should I wear a light gray hat or a dark gray hat?"

I kick myself for not grabbing this beauty Jim. Glad you did though, this way I can still admire it from afar.

Great lines Perry, cool tie!

Not much of a shocker to find me enjoying wearing my new Archer cap this morning. Dog walk and yard chores in wool. Green caps matter.

Starting the grill for a pork roast, roasted potatoes while wearing a blue Gannon (charcoal trimmings). Blue hats matter.

Best, Eric -
Love that green cap, and blue Gannons are super. Evergreens as hat racks matter.

WOW! I am sure that you can hear my clapping coming from here in Minnesota. What you can not see is that I have tipped my brim in your general direction. That hat is marvelous. Just plain marvelous. Congrats - I am glad that it has a grand home on your hat rak.

Eric -

Thank you, Eric! High praise from a man with an impressive collection.

Love the blue Gannon. Probably my next color from him.

Every now and then the hat deities come together and smile upon me.

I am happy to be a source for your pain and pleasure.

Heading south to see a man about a hat. Wearing the new Lees fedora from Stefan on a trip to NW Hats in Eugene. I'll make sure to say hello to all your hats in process while I'm there. This Lees has a brim curl that I'm still undecided about. Brim up or down. I don't usually go all "Bob" with my non Homburgs. This one might stretch my comfort zone.

Up or down. Works both ways, for me. Might have a small preference for up. Anyway, it's a nice hat.
