Nice block and felt but has a hole in it which seller conveniently omitted to mention. Ribbon is pretty basic.
I like the understated ribbon, I'm beginning to covet your growing American collection

Yesterday my Saguaro seeds makes 15 days.

it'll be a while before the cacti overshadow you, great hats as usual

Here's this vented tall boy that rarely gets worn simply because of its height. A brown Knox.

Thanks. The fundamental downside is that occasionally I screw up on the shipping and import costs and a good value hat ends up costing more than I would have wanted to spend for that hat. PLUS i just discovered that the UK now charges VAT on the cost of anything above £15 AND shipping. This is new since Brexit.

I am moving towards finding older vintage hats, have them shipped to my in laws and then manage shipping from there... or just focusing on some of the beautiful European hats such as your Echter Borsa!

wonderful looking hat Karl

I absolutely love the handled look ... just a fantastic piece
Well you did advize me to buy it. Definitely my favourite. You can click the brim up with your thumb but it's like it has very expensive hinges, it just sits where you place it, you can even adjust just the beak of the brim similarly, an absolute joy to handle. The only problem wearing it is you're then the only one that can no longer see it.

Hah thnks, Yeh I got screwed this week on some palm androids I bought from China for the kids, still cheaper than here but they charge you a €10 handling fee per item which sticks in the throat. That said, we pay too little tax here and historically I generally get away with stuff slipping through so.
