A good looking hat, it wears it's battle scars with honor.Osna "Sparta" NOS with insect trails, probably late 1950s or maybe a bit later. Also a recent arrival.
Sorry I missed this beauty this morning. I think we should test the eclipse theory, over night this one to me and I'll run the experiment on Monday morning. We are directly under the path of totality in Albany OR.WARNING... not safe for observing the eclipse!
up early... expression like a glazed donut.
Back to back DC'ers - this one from Lewis & Thos. Saltz, Dobbs baku, 2.1 ounces light.

Stetson hemp
Great look Perry. I have decided to give hemp a try, picking up a modern Strat next week. This one sure looks wearable and crisp.
Another great Stetson today. I like the weave and ribbon on this beauty. A trend?Stetson Panama.
Cheers! David
Nice color on this one Bob. I am sorry, the CRM acronym escapes me, is it an Akubra?View attachment 82442
CRM#1 today until the rains arrive.
These Aussie hats are go-to work lids. Lots of protection, like a hard hat helmet. Nice.In case Bob Roberts wants to know...
Heavy rain on the way, showing up on radar. I grabbed my Akubra Cattleman to clean out leaves & grass clippings from an outside drain before It gets here.
I do think this is a good idea for some cool photos. I think it will be a little cool on Monday morning, might have a problem casting a shadow through a beaver felt. Not safe for viewing 8^)... but if you cast a shadow through the loose weave of a baku hat during the partial phase of the eclipse, you should see a collection of crescent suns as each hole becomes a pinhole camera of the partially covered sun. I might give that a try from Kentucky!
#6 is a winner Justin! Love the lines of this one, great crown my friend!Still laying floors but making very good progress. Wearing Blue #6 to pick figs in the back before starting on the floors again:
