Damn... I love that Waverly. And the tie is the BOMB.
I hope that your meeting goes as great as you look.
Los colores!
That's a great hat...
Great hat / tie combo Fruno!
Wearing my Resistol 'Tallboy' conversion again. Man! Spring is here! At least for now. Gotta love Ohio weather!
Wearing the Stetson No.1 that Michael R. gifted me. Since I was going western I also wore cowboy boots. It was too windy to do Bama's hat on leg shot so I went this way. Can anyone recommend a good chiropractor?
very nice hat ... I am curious as to how you came up with 1941 specificallyAt one of the schools where I teach, today is Fashion Friday. So I decided to dress to the nines. The Fedora is a 1941 Borsalino, the suit is a Magnoli custom 1930's era, italian wingtip short boots, gold and ruby tie pin, and even Boker pocket knife from the mid forties.
That makes me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy.
Hey all!

Great brim shape and binding. I'm just thinking about how that hat travelled from Vienna to Hamburg and then all the way across the pond to you...P. & C. Habig Wien "Special Zefir"
What a beautiful colour and finish! Your top hat picture earlier was the first thing that made me smile todaysun, rain, heat... what an unusual February we are having. I finally settled on this Mallory. Tall, but not too tall, Jones.
I hope the kids appreciated the effort you put into that outfit! At one of the schools where I teach, today is Fashion Friday. So I decided to dress to the nines. Such a beautiful deep blue. Amazing how good some of the old European wool/fur blends hold up, that kind of quality mix just doesn't get made anymore...These photos are made early in the morning going to the office.
Today traditional, special food for the Friday of the dumplings, not specified as not to offend the sensibilities of animal lovers, then parade of floats with the popular masks.
Yesterday was the Thursday before Lent, today the feast of St. Zeno district, patron of the town
For the morning walk wearing a French hat vintage as wine, Italian, drink today
It is a Thibet made for the Meer hats shop in Stasbourg
I believe this is one of the rare hats I possess that can come from before the Second World War
It is made of mixed felt, wool and fur in a deep blue. Without lining
Its dimensions are generous and very comfortable
I thank you for your compliment and comments on homburg Tonak, worn yesterday.
For the parade I will will wear a Borsalino more small proportions
The day was very gray and my hope, like that of all the people of Verona, is that the rain remains in the sky.
I hope work wasn't too bad with all that sunshine tempting you outside. Another great homburg, but I expect nothing less from you of courseGoing to be sunny and in the mid-70s today. Want to call work and say that I can't come in because I am happy.
Don't think that'll wash. So I'm going in. But damnit... I'm wearing my Vita-Felt homburg. And there is nothing that they can do about that. View attachment 68397 View attachment 68398 View attachment 68399 View attachment 68400 View attachment 68401 View attachment 68402

The sun finally came out this morning! Unfortunately it didn't last and it started raining again in the afternoon, but it's the best we've had in a while. Still very windy, so I needed a wind-proof hat - Borsalino homburg it is! For once I even remembered to take a picture while the sky was still blue
Mike, Thank you! P. & C. Habig Wien was a fantastic + historic hat company. What a great hat, Steve, very nice from my Capital vienna
Celia, Thanks! Yes a long journey!Great brim shape and binding. I'm just thinking about how that hat travelled from Vienna to Hamburg and then all the way across the pond to you...
