Hi, always looking for a deal on Bonsai Pots specially unusual & special pots, email me ctlama@yahoo.com...this Bonsai tree is a Juniper "Procumbens" about 20" Tall x 12" Wide, unusual that there are no branches coming off the left side(of view) of the tree, the top or apex does a radical downturn however and I use that to represent a balanced view.
Here is one view after radical trimming/pruning...

Here is another view showing some wiring to bring the left side in closer to the main trunk, wired just below Apex.
Also much more in Shaping, wiring, pruning, trimming to arrive at what I want it to look like as if growing wild on a mountain top or side in Japan or China...

The final look for now, side angled view...

I'll be in touch. I have some Japanese pots that may be worth a look.

Great looks from everyone braving the cold! Here I am with my dad's Stetson. He must have bought it in the late 80's. The strip of b&w pics on the background are of him taken by my brother.
It has a nice pleated pugaree.

Thank you for sharing those memories with us. Such a great picture of you two in Paris, and so fitting that you should have your father's hat now.

Thanks Celia. Yes the Stetson has lines on the ribbon treatment. Check out the Hat Comparison thread here #530 . I compared a couple of like vtg. Stetson. This is one of my fav threads. I love to see posts in it.

You know what you've done now, right? I'm going to spend hours looking at that fantastic thread while I should be doing something productive!
