Great colors.Wow, miss a couple days here and it takes forever to catch up... not that I'm complaining!
It's been rainy and wet here so mostly I've been wearing the newly acquired River Guide oilskin hat from Outback Trading Company. I had the Kodiak, but liked the looks of the River Guide hat much better, so gave the Kodiak to my brother, who said he'd always accept a free hat from me...
Just a few hours in the office this morning, then off to a follow-up Dr. appt. with the endocrinologist. No health problems to report, just checking in every few months to make sure things are still ok.
Anyway, there's a touch of clearing and few peaks of sunshine in the forecast today... and my Doc is such a stylish dresser, and sharp as a tack to boot... so I thought I'd wear my pecan NW Hat Co custom. I love this hat, and the color is so versatile. Any excuse to wear an Aloha shirt so I did that, too... not the shirt in this picture, but a newer one I recently acquired. New with tags for $6 at the local Goodwill store. Man, I wish I could find hats there like I can find shirts. I guess I need more pictures, eh?
It seems soI'm so happy that everything is going well for you!
Get out of town! Thanks so much for the many thumbs up on yesterday's Knox Twenty. Today, a half price special from the same era... a Mallory Ten.
Decorative triple stitch underwelt brim... this one was sold in Brad Bowers' home town.
Thx!I like the brim.
Things are looking good!
VS Bobby Blue, with a lot of other blue.

He is a fashion conscious Doc, that's for sure. I bet his shirts run $100+, wool dress slacks, gorgeous wing-tip styled shoes, silk tie...It will be interesting to see if he likes one better, or even if he sees any difference. THAT's the test of a true hat person.
My guess is that he'll prefer the pecan NW.
Love that liner!Portis on a beautiful autumn day

Nice. If your doc can afford those nice outfits, he needs to get a couple of custom hats to go with.Wow, miss a couple days here and it takes forever to catch up... not that I'm complaining!

That's very nice, Moe!Hey all!
An appearance by the sun today makes it hard to see my screen as I try to line up my selfies. Also causing more than the usual selfie-grimace that seems to be way out of place with something as nice as this G.B. Borsalino fu Lazzaro & C. on my head.
Have a great day!
That hat +1Didn't have a costume for this year so I threw on a zoot suit and my white Independent Racine hat. Good enough. Maybe I can get more creative next year, but then again I've said that every year for many.
