The "like" button on this forum makes it too easy not to comment, but I think everyone looks swell.

Esther, beautiful photo of that hat and your disappearing long locks!

Harv, I'm envious of that vintage Strat-- very sharp.

Perry-- love that 25 and the Hawaiian shirt! You look relaxed.

Alan, classy as always. What an inspiration.

Alive, that boater needs to go to print! Love those magazine quality images!

I'm wearing my Lee blue label "Overbrook" today, and having a bit of fun.

Great hat!
I was considering this model, could you please share more impressions about it? Also, is the sizing true-to-fit?
Thanks,
Wojtek

Wojtek,

This hat is probably from the 1950s. Borsalino makes a modern version called Alessandria. I've never seen or worn the modern version so I can't compare.

If you can find a vintage edition you will have a great hat--lightweight and beautifully made, with felt that is easy to shape.

David, there is nothing quite like a Playboy of that vintage. Superb. One day I hope to be at the right place at the right time and find one in real life.
Looks like The Cat in the Hat got busted...
My favorite picture of the day... thanks Jeff!

Thanks all! And to think the favorite photo is unhatted! Maybe I should divert to a different hobby. Nah. :)
Sylvester isn't grounded. He happens to like the husky's new kennel!

Love that Lee, Jeff. Thanks for the comment on the Playboy. I think Stetson got everything right on this simple, but cool design.

Always good to see your Gomez Panama, Bama

Steve, super colours on the Windsor

Moon - thanks. This is one of a treo of hats I acquired from long missing Lounger Douglas. A Mallory was last seen in Scotland (rather wish I'd kept that one), Garrett has a 30's Stetson and I still have the Playboy.

Little Pearl and I are enjoying this cool spell - I'm wearing my Campdraft, she won't sit still for a millisecond [emoji1]
