That is a modern Stetson Royal Deluxe (their premiere felt line) that I picked up at the Stetson outlet in Garland. We've guessed on here previously that it's a Matt Deckard prototype that never went into production. I did find this photo on his Instagram account. The ribbon on his, though, looks a bit wider. I consider mine to be a modern Whippet with a slightly thinner ribbon.

Or, maybe mine was a mistake. Wrong ribbon on the Whippet, thus shipped to the outlet. It's my favorite hat.
