Hey everyone!
Thanks for the likes and comments on that old straw project yesterday. Here's another!
An Empire State Hats Milan that I got last summer. My first eBay hat, I believe. Certainly my introduction to the eBay hat crispy sweatband syndrome. I replaced the band back then, but wore it very little. It was just too...bouncy. The brim bounced when I walked, the crown bounced on top my head...very annoying. And it had a taper that I wasn't too fond of.
So, some reshaping, stiffening and a pug later:

Much better. Not bouncy.
