You guys are killing it today--so many great hats!

I picked up this Borsalino from Dinerman; he dates it--being far better at such things than I am--to the 20s.

it's a shame that he has to sell some of his collection, because this hat is gorgeous. Check out the stamping on this sweatband. It's embossed deeply as you can see.

Too bad it's my punim that goes under it--it rather detracts from the beautiful hat!

I tend to think of these Twenty hats as being premium hats with their felted edge and all the bells and whistles, yet neither of ours has a wind cord? Most of my Twenty's do. I know Alan has pointed out that these things do get cut off sometimes

Marvelous show on the Lounge today. Fitting for Daniele's birthday.

The USPS just made it a two hat day for me. Rolled the dice and got this Crofut & Knapp homburg. Looks like it has never been worn.

It's a bit tight, hopefully some gentle time with the hat stretcher will fix that. This hat is begging to be part of my regular rotation.
